Our Team
You will join a young, diverse, and energetic group of professionals. Our passion and goal is to grow our clients’ businesses profitably. You will be part of the growth team responsible for increasing our clients' online store performance. Our team members primarily work from our offices in Helsinki and Jyväskylä, but some of our staff also work remotely from abroad. Job Description
We are expanding our growth services team. We have developed the HI Concept for our growth clients, through which we have achieved significant business growth in our ongoing services. You will join the team responsible for our growth clients, which includes a client manager, growth marketing expert, Shopify business expert, and technical expert. We are now looking for a team member who understands the ins and outs of e-commerce and excels at managing client relationships.
The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with different people and is capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously. You should be interested in the future of digital commerce, and have innovative and creative thinking. Since our team is young, it’s important that you are eager to contribute to our development with your insights and brave enough to take responsibility for achieving results.
In this role, you will get to ideate and create the most profitable growth solutions for our clients' businesses in collaboration with our team and clients. You will play a key role in growing our growth team and ensuring the success of various client projects. You will be responsible for executing high-quality and converting campaigns across multiple channels, helping our clients understand, through data, where their customers come from, what their buying habits and motivations are, and how to engage customers more effectively.
The tools you will use include Shopify's ecosystem, Klaviyo newsletter software, Yotpo loyalty software, and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. We primarily work with our clients in Finnish, but as we continue to grow internationally, strong English skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with clients on a weekly basis.
- Understand clients' business goals and work to advance profitable growth.
- Develop clients' online stores and marketing efforts comprehensively and across multiple channels.
- Foster internal collaboration within the growth team alongside other team members.

Requirements
- Experience with Shopify e-commerce.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to grow client relationships.
- Ability to identify effective solutions to meet business goals and create new models and processes as needed.
- A genuine interest in e-commerce trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Proficiency in both Finnish and English.
Additional Beneficial Experience

Job Description
We are now looking for a Marketing Communications Intern. You will have a front-row seat in a start-up company to influence our marketing communications with bold ideas and implementations. Your tasks will include a variety of marketing activities, such as content planning, working with partners, visual execution, refreshing marketing materials, updating channels, and other marketing-related duties. In addition to internal marketing efforts and development, you will also have the opportunity to work in the client interface with our growth team.
In this role, you will work in an inspiring and open work environment, collaborating with ambitious Shopify merchants. The person we are looking for has a creative and bold attitude, excels at teamwork, and can efficiently carry out marketing tasks independently as well.
Since our team is young, it’s essential that you are interested in actively contributing to the development of our team with your insights and have the courage to take responsibility for achieving results.
Are You the Right Fit for Us?
- You are studying a commercial field, marketing communications, or another relevant discipline.
- You can manage and plan marketing campaigns and communicate them effectively in both Finnish and English.
- You have an eye for visuals, especially when creating new marketing materials (images and videos).
- Previous industry experience is a plus, but the most important qualities are a motivated and positive work attitude.
- You are genuinely interested in our industry.
- You have a desire to foster internal collaboration with other team members.
