Shopify Account Manager
This role combines managing and growing customer relationships with Shopify consulting.
We are looking for a Shopify Account Manager to join our growing team to develop and manage our multi-channel D2C e-commerce accounts. We are a passionate and ambitious team and the leading Shopify agency in Finland. We help our clients grow systematically, measurably and profitably. Our clients are mainly Nordic SMEs, especially in the fashion, home decor and lifestyle industries.

Your background could be, for example, as an ecom manager or specialist. The most important thing is that you are a customer-oriented, goal-oriented and creative person who already has Shopify expertise.
What do you do as a Shopify Account Manager?
- You are responsible for managing, consulting and communicating with designated clients.
- As a Shopify consultant, you will help clients optimize their online stores, choose the right apps, and leverage Shopify's features to achieve maximum growth.
- You will understand the business goals of online merchants and build a development plan for the Shopify ecosystem.
- You analyze Shopify data: You leverage our data tools for data-driven decision-making.
- You act as the customer's primary contact, i.e. you facilitate communication between the team and the customer.
- You develop long-term customer relationships and increase the value of your customer relationships.
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and its tools: Klaviyo, Yotpo, Gorgias, Rebuy, Clearer, Judge.me, etc.
- Shopify Consulting Skills: Ability to advise clients on solutions and best practices.
- Good communication and interaction skills, ability to facilitate customer discussions and teamwork.
- Experience in online store marketing (Meta, Google, newsletter automation, customer segmentation, etc.)
- The ability to understand wholes and make suggestions for business development.
- Consultative and sales-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.

- Shopify Certifications (Shopify Partner Academy)
- Previous work experience in D2C business.
- Experience in international D2C business.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who will dive deep into our clients' marketing campaigns and handle the day-to-day execution. This is a hands-on specialist position where you will be constantly creating, implementing, and optimizing. So you will help our clients get the most out of their digital marketing tools, especially for online stores.
Concrete job description - what do you do every day?
The job mainly consists of implementing Meta and Google advertising and utilizing the newsletter application. The job includes technical implementation and optimization of ads in different channels. For the newsletter application, the job includes, in addition to optimizing campaigns, building automation for online stores, as well as customer segmentation and data analysis.
What are we waiting for?
- Experience using advertising tools : Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email platforms (using Klaviyo is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Accuracy with numbers and settings
- Patience with optimization - results come from doing and testing
- Fluent Finnish language skills for communicating with customers
