Job Description We are expanding our growth team. We have developed the HI Concept for our growth clients, through which we have achieved significant growth in our continuous services business. You will join the team for our growth client accounts, which consist of a client representative, a growth marketing expert, a Shopify business expert, and a technical expert. We are now looking for deep expertise in client work, especially in growth marketing. The ideal candidate already has mastery of Google and Meta's advertising channels and is interested in continually learning more about them. In addition to these channels, you will also work with other marketing channels, such as loyalty programs and the newsletter service Klaviyo.
In this role, you will get to ideate and create the most profitable growth marketing solutions for the client's business, together with our team and our clients. You will play a key role in expanding our growth team and in the success of various client projects. You are the one who implements high-quality, convertible campaigns across multiple channels. Additionally, you help our clients understand from a data-driven perspective where their customers come from, what their purchasing habits and motives are, and how to engage customers more effectively.

Responsibilities Understand clients' business objectives and work towards growing and profiting their business. Be responsible for the technical implementation of marketing measures on Google and Meta effectively. Develop our clients' marketing measures comprehensively and across multiple channels, in addition to Meta and Google, according to the business needs of the clients. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and customer data to target and tailor campaigns. Report on the effectiveness of channels and develop marketing to achieve goals.
