OTTOBRE Design: From WooCommerce to Shopify, powered by HiEngine

OTTOBRE Design is an internationally renowned publisher of sewing pattern magazines and a beloved brand in crafting communities worldwide. Originating from Northern Finland, the company publishes magazines in seven different languages and serves a large global customer base. To support its growing business, a modern online store was needed to meet the demands of international consumer and resale sales.

The online store was migrated from WooCommerce to the Shopify platform in collaboration with Brancoy's AI-powered HiEngine platform. HiEngine automated content transfer, product structure cleanup, and SEO optimization, enabling a fast and seamless migration. This allowed OTTOBRE's extensive multilingual content to be transferred efficiently, and the new store was launched without disrupting business operations.

The project strongly emphasized multilingualism and localization of the customer experience. The new store operates in seven different languages and visually reflects OTTOBRE's warm and inspiring brand. At the same time, sales and download structures for digital products were built, and SparkLayer integration was implemented to streamline resale.

The end result was a modern and scalable Shopify online store that meets the demands of international business. HiEngine made the transition not only technically controlled but also strategically significant, offering OTTOBRE a solid and continuously evolving foundation for future growth.
