We set our goals together using the OKR model. Our primary objective was to increase traffic to the online store to gather customer behavior data to support its development. Additionally, we systematically built the foundations for growth, such as customer communication automation. Over the autumn, we have also been able to implement specific sales and purchase journey improvements. In terms of advertising, our goal was to improve Google Ads ROAS and launch Meta advertising, aiming for a significant increase in online store traffic.
